• NOTICE:   Due to circumstances beyond our control, effective July 17, 2017, OCA is no longer accepting new memberships, renewals with new addresses, or reinstatements.

    Members who are due for renewal between August 1 – September 30 2017, may renew for one more year ONLY if you are NOT moving  to a new address.

  • For those eligible to renew:  Since we are ceasing operations, we strongly recommend that if you have had your Alabama Power and/or AlaGasCo service for more than one year that you contact each of them to see if you have established credit.  If so, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RENEW FOR COVERAGE OF THESE UTILITIES

  • Tuscaloosa Water does not allow their customers to establish credit and require that an $80 deposit be on hand the entire time you have water service in your name.  Once disconnected, they will refund the $80 less the amount of your final bill.  If you have established credit with the other utilities you need, then it would be much better for you to put the renewal dues and fees toward this deposit instead of renewing.
